Filter: 16g, 250g water, 2:45 brew time - 50g bloom for 30secs, then 50g water every 30secs until water weight reaches 250g

When creating this blend, we blind tasted a selection of our coffees and sample coffees and found this was by far our favourite. It just happened to be a 50/50 blend of one caffeinated and one decaffeinated coffee! It’s a Half Caf blend meaning you can drink more without the rush!
This blend has notes of stewed blackberries, high notes of red apple and a lingering note of a rich brown sugar.
The versatility of our this blend allows the coffee to be showcased across the coffee menu.
